Vendor Tip: Crafting Your Application Bio
Write an attention-grabbing biography to copy and paste onto vendor applications
When filling out vendor applications for a new market, convention, festival, show, or other type of event, nine times out of ten, you’ll need to provide a short biography.
In some cases, the event coordinator will use this biography to promote your business on their website, social media pages, and other places. Your bio should pack a punch by highlighting some of your top achievements in a few concisely worded sentences.
I recommend typing a few variations of your biography and saving them in a document so you can easily copy and paste the most relevant bio for each application you submit.
